Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

The store reserves the right to cancel an order and fully refund the customer if the product is unavailable or if a technical issue arises.

1. Orders:

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed price, including any applicable delivery fees, taxes, or customs duties.

2. Products:

All our products are inspired by global brands and of high quality. The customer acknowledges full awareness of this before completing a purchase.

3. Delivery:

  • Payment and Delivery Information:
    Any dispute or claim related to this website is subject to the laws of Saudi Arabia.
    Saudi Arabia is our country of operation.
    Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering as users or transacting on the site.
    If you make a payment for our products or services online, your details will be submitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.
    Cardholders must keep a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
    We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, STC Pay, Apple Pay, and American Express in Saudi Riyals.
  • Shipping & Delivery:
    To ensure timely delivery, please provide a detailed address, including building/villa/apartment number, street name, city, phone number, and recipient’s name.
    Orders are shipped via home delivery service daily, except on Fridays, public holidays, and special occasions, with an estimated delivery time of 7 business days from order confirmation.
    Home delivery is generally "door-to-door," but service may be unavailable in remote areas due to courier limitations.
  • Shipping Partners:
    The Nines partners with Aramex for international shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 10 business days after order confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy:

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Instead, users must follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.


Return Policy:

  • To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp (+966) within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by a video or image showing its state.
  • The customer is responsible for a return shipping fee of 70 SAR, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If an incorrect item is received due to a store error, we will compensate the customer and resolve the issue promptly, provided:
    • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • Clear video and image evidence of the incorrect product are submitted for approval.
  • If an item is returned due to personal preference (e.g., the outer packaging was opened or the product is no longer in its original condition), the return request will be denied.
  • The following items cannot be returned unless defective: underwear, face masks, earrings, accessories, and socks.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all brand tags, price tags (if applicable), and authenticity labels intact.
  • Swimwear must retain the hygiene liner.
  • The original order confirmation must be included with the return.

Refund processing takes 7–14 business days after approval.
